Did you know that our feet are crucial in our ability to shock absorb? The storing and releasing of energy to propel us forward effectively.

 

After all, they are the first thing that hits the ground and are constantly responding to force and sending feedback up the body.

​

Including them in rehabilitation (pre and post) of lower limbs may not seem as trendy as the latest bootie workout, but as we age this area is one that rapidly declines.

 

So rather than waiting for the shuffle to occur, get out in front and walk tall through life.

 

After all, prevention is the best cure.
